A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention provides a preparation method of refractory bricks. The preparation method is capable of prolonging the service life of the refractory brick. The refractory brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35% of fused alumina powder, 20-25% of diaspora, 18-20% of alumina micro powder, 5-8% of magnesia fine powder, 2-5% of zirconium dioxide powder, 5-10% of sintered clay powder, 5-7% of andalusite powder and 2-3% of titanium boride additive, and the total amount of the raw materials is 100%; the preparation method of the refractory bricks comprises the following steps: 1, weighing the raw materials in percentage by weight and adding water to the raw materials for mixing according to the mass ratio of the raw materials to the water of (5-8): (1-2), and then stirring evenly for 25-30 minutes; step 2, adding the stirred mixed materials to a mold and hammering for 6-8 minutes to keep the surface flat, placing naturally for 2-3 hours and then stripping and drying in a shady and cool place for 2-3 days to obtain a product to be fired; step 3, sintering the product to be fired at a temperature within the range of 1500-1600 DEG C to obtain the refractory brick.
