Rolling and forming method for flexible base in bituminous pavement structural layer
The present invention relates to a rolling and forming method for a flexible base in a bituminous pavement structural layer, which comprises the steps of paving an ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone mixture on a paver for over 30 minutes; beginning the primary rolling operation on the mixture when the temperature of the ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone mixture is 135-150 DEG C, wherein two double-drum rollers are arranged side by side in an echelon to roll the mixture for one time so as to compact the ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone mixture and obtain an ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone flexible base; after the primary rolling operation, setting an identifier for a secondary rolling region by a technician; beginning the secondary rolling operation when the temperature of the ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone flexible base in the secondary rolling region is 125-140 DEG C, wherein a pneumatic-tired roller and a double-drum roller are adopted to cyclically and alternately roll the flexible base for four times, with the temperature of the ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone flexible base in the secondary rolling region kept smaller than 115 DEG C; and consequently conducting the final rolling operation, wherein two double-drum rollers are arranged side by side in an echelon to roll the flexible base for one time, with the temperature of the ATB-30 asphalt and stabilized crushed stone flexible base in the secondary rolling region kept smaller than 90 DEG C.
