The invention discloses an environment-friendly sand-fixing barrier comprising two supports in symmetrical arrangement. A web member is disposed on the lower surface of each support. A base is disposed on the lower surface of each web member. The top of one support is provided with a solar panel; the inner side of the other support is provided with a water tank close to the top; the top of the water tank is provided with a rain collection funnel communicated with the inside of the water tank; a wind retarder plate is disposed between the supports; the outer side of one support is evenly provided with lugs, and the outer side of the other support is evenly provided with hooks; a plant box is disposed between the bases and is a box with both top and bottom opened; the inside of the plant box is provided with a fixing mesh close to the top, which is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the plant box; the inside of the plant box is further provided with an impermeable layer close to the bottom, which is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the plant box. The environment-friendly sand-fixing barrier allows double sand fixation through planting and the barrier body, and effectiveness of sand fixation is ensured.
