The invention relates to a post-grouting waterproof structure for a wall joint of an underground diaphragm wall and a waterproof method thereof. The waterproof structure comprises at least one pair of grouting pipes arranged at the joint and arrayed along the water seepage direction, the pipe length direction of the grouting pipes is vertical to the water seepage direction, the pipe length of the grouting pipes is matched with the height of the diaphragm wall, and the upper ends of the grouting pipes are opened while the lower ends are closed; grouting holes are formed in the pipe walls of the grouting pipes, and the grouting holes are formed in the same sides of the grouting pipes; the grouting holes in the paired grouting pipes are formed oppositely. Through pre-embedding the paired grouting pipes in the joint, clean water is filled in the grouting pipes firstly to completely clean the wall joint, cement paste is filled to the wall joint through the grouting pipes to compact the wall joint after cleaning, the gaps and hollows at the wall joint can be effectively compacted and filled, the concrete compactness is guaranteed, the underground diaphragm wall really realizes the dual-purpose diaphragm wall, and a good waterproof effect is realized.
