The invention provides a bidirectional extruding short spiral pile-forming device and a pile-forming method. The bidirectional extruding short spiral pile-forming device comprises a drill rod with a rotary power head, wherein the lower portion of the drill rod is connected with a steel tube, the periphery of the steel tube is welded with thick threads, the lower portion of the steel tube is combined with a drill tip through a tooth-shaped combiner, the thick threads are bidirectional threads, two circles of thick threads at the upper portion are reverse threads, the thick threads at the lower portion are forward threads, the upper portion of the tooth-shaped combiner is connected with a hanging rod, a guide body is welded on the inner wall of the steel tube, and the hanging rod can penetrate through the guide body to perform vertical slippage. The pile-forming method comprises the steps that the drill rod is pressurized and screwed into a soil layer, the drill tip breaks away from the drill rod to fill concrete in a pile hole, the drill rod is upwards pulled out of a pile opening, steel bars are fed into a steel bar cage, the steel bar cage is hung to be aligned to the center of the concrete in the pile hole and is delivered to the designed depth through vibration. The bidirectional extruding short spiral pile-forming device and the pile-forming method have the advantages of being especially suitable for geological conditions of hill formation and being free of pile hole residues, high in bearing capacity and reliable in pile body quality.
