Disclosed is an implementation method of a pentagonal prism composite soil pile machine. When the pentagonal prism composite soil pile machine is operated, a driving motor drives a rotating rod to drive a drill bit to rotate, and when the drill bit rotates, multiple first cutters at the bottom of the drill bit cut and stir soil at the bottom of the drill bit; the upper portion of a telescopic rod is injected with high pressure water, enters the rotating rod via the telescopic rod and is sprayed out via multiple nozzles, and the high-pressure water and the first cutters at the bottom of the drill bit act together to stir soil and water at the bottom of the drill bit into slurry; meanwhile, a first driving cylinder, a second driving cylinder, a third driving cylinder and a fourth driving cylinder extend at the same time prior to retraction, then extend simultaneously prior to retraction and so on so as to drive a pentagonal steel frame to act vertically and repeatedly, first cutters on the lower portion of the pentagonal steel frame and second cutters inside the pentagonal steel frame cut soil and stir soil and water outside the drill bit and inside the pentagonal steel frame into slurry, and the slurry floods out the ground from a pentagonal hole to form a pentagonal hole.
