The invention relates to an intelligent drinking water integrating device and system. The device comprises a frequency conversion control cabinet, a main water feeding valve, a front purifying device and an emergency water supplying and secondary pressurizing device, wherein the main water feeding valve is connected with a water inlet of the front purifying device through a pipeline; a water outlet of the front purifying device is connected with the emergency water supplying and secondary pressurizing device through the pipeline; the frequency conversion control cabinet is connected with the front purifying device and the emergency water supplying and secondary pressurizing device; the emergency water supplying and secondary pressurizing device is of three structures. The invention further relates to an intelligent drinking water integrating system. The system comprises the intelligent drinking water integrating device, a property monitoring cabinet, a head office central monitoring cabinet, a server, a user drinking water terminal detecting instrument and a user mobile terminal. With the adoption of the device and system, the quality of municipal water entering the main water feeding valve until reaching the consumption end of the user as well as the device operation condition can be monitored on real time, so that the water quality, safety and normal water supply of the device can be ensured; the acquired water quality information can be sent to the user, and thus the user can conveniently know the state of drinking water.
