The invention discloses an ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with optimized steel angles. The ultra-high performance concrete cover plate comprises an ultra-high performance concrete layer, wherein a steel bar framework parallel to the lower end surface of a cover plate body is arranged in the ultra-high performance concrete layer; the steel bar framework is far away from the lower end surface of the cover plate body by a distance of 10-20mm; the steel bar framework is mainly formed by welding or binding longitudinally arranged stress bars and horizontally arranged distribution bars; the distribution bars are arranged above the stress bars; a plurality of steel angles parallel to one another are closely welded with the top of the steel bar framework; the length directions of the steel angles are consistent with the length directions of the stress bars; the steel angles are far away from the top and the four side surfaces of the cover plate body by a distance of 10-20mm. The invention also discloses a production method of the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with the optimized steel angles. By virtue of the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate, the advantages of the steel angles and the steel bars are integrated, so that the characteristics of high deformation resistance and high bearing capability can be fully exerted; the functions of the steel bars at the bottom layer, such as improving the cracking resistance, and the bearing capacity of the cover plate are also retained; the bearing capability of the cover plate is further improved.
