Construction method for microcrystalline stone ceramic tiles
The invention discloses a construction method for microcrystalline stone ceramic tiles. In the method, a microcrystalline stone plate is used for construction, and the microcrystalline stone plate is obtained by the following steps: A, material distribution: paving a plurality of sintered microcrystalline stone plate materials side by side in a fixed concave frame; B, flattening: flattening the plurality of microcrystalline stone plate materials in the concave frame along the vertical direction; C cutting: performing linear cutting on the plurality of microcrystalline stone plates by using a plasma cutting machine. The method comprises the following construction steps: 1, pre-treatment: coating the upper surfaces of the microcrystalline stone plates with a layer of film; 2, paving: paving the microcrystalline stone plates one by one; 3, film removal: standing the paved microcrystalline stone plates for 22-24 hours, and removing the films. By adopting the construction method, the problem that scratches or cracks occur easily in the current microcrystalline stone plate construction can be solved.
