The invention discloses an improved sliding block used for a fastening piece and connecting pieces. The improved sliding block comprises a sliding block body, wherein the sliding block body is provided with an inclined plane; a groove is formed in the inclined plane of the sliding block body; a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane are arranged on the bottom surface of the groove; the first inclined plane is arranged at the slope bottom position, close to the sliding block body, of the bottom surface of the groove; the second inclined plane is arranged at the slope top position, close to the sliding block body, of the bottom surface of the groove; the inclination direction of the first inclined plane is the same as that of the inclined plane of the sliding block body; the inclination direction of the second inclined plane is opposite to that of the inclined plane of the sliding block body; the slope top of the first inclined plane is connected with the slope top of the second inclined plane together; the inclination degree of the second inclined plane is smaller than that of the first inclined plane. The invention also discloses the fastening piece and two connecting pieces, and the sliding block can be prevented from getting loose inside the groove structurally, so that the firmness and safety of the fastening piece and the connecting pieces are guaranteed.
