The peripheral concrete frame reinforcing structure comprises a concrete frame and a steel support, wherein a steel bar framework is buried in the concrete frame; the steel support is supported in the concrete frame; a plurality of rod-like objects used for being inserted into a wall to be reinforced are convexly arranged on the end surface, facing the wall to be reinforced, of the concrete frame; during reinforcement, the concrete frame is attached to the outer surface of the wall to be reinforced; a clearance between the concrete frame and the wall to be reinforced is filled with non-shrink mortar. The steel support is not connected with the wall to be reinforced and is axially stressed, the stress state is definite, the force transfer performance of a connecting interface is ensured, and the seismic resistant capacity and the ductility of the wall to be reinforced are effectively improved. The concrete frame is peripherally arranged on the outer surface of the wall to be reinforced, all reinforcing construction operations do not need to be carried out in a building, and facilities and the environment in the building are effectively ensured. The concrete frame reinforcing structure can be machined in a factory, the site wet construction is less, and the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
