The invention discloses a production method of a naphthalene industrial water reducer. Crude naphthalene passes through, in sequence, a crude naphthalene storage tank, a crystallization column, a distillation column, an acidification column, a hydroxylation column, a first reaction column, a second reaction column, a concentration reaction column, a pH adjustment column, a third reaction column, a centrifugation dehydrating column, a drying column, a senior finished product storage tank, a dilution reaction column, a junior finished product storage tank, a purification reaction column, an intermediate finished product storage tank, a water tank, a first medicating device, a second medicating device, and a purification facility. The water reducer prepared in the invention is high in concentration being more than 99.9%, and has a gas content lower than 2%, a bleeding rate lower than 0.5%, an initial setting time difference of -19, a final setting time difference of -32, and an alkali content lower than 0.5%. Reactants, such as allylalcohol polyoxyethylene ether, maleic anhydride, poly(sodium propanesulfonate), and methacrylic acid, are added into the second reaction column, and calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide are added into the pH adjustment column.
