The invention discloses rubber steel fiber reinforced concrete and relates to the technical field of architectural engineering materials. The rubber steel fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of fine sand, 60-80 parts of cement, 80-90 parts of rubber particles, 40-60 parts of steel fiber, 8-12 parts of crosslinking agent, 5-7 parts of polypropylene glycol, 4-8 parts of epoxy resin and 150-200 parts of water. The rubber particles are prepared from reclaimed waste rubber; and compared with the prior art, the rubber steel fiber reinforced concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantage of high compressive strength.
