The invention relates to a ceramic tile adhesive. The ceramic tile adhesive comprises, by mass, 80-90 parts of 42.5 grade ordinary Portland cement, 8-10 parts of first stage fly ash, 1-2 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene latex powder, 1-1.5 parts of aminosilane, 10-15 parts of isopropanol and 50-60 parts of deionized water. The ceramic tile adhesive has the advantages of low cost and use convenience, and allows ceramic tiles to still have excellent adhesion strength even under water immersion and high temperature conditions due to adoption of the vinyl acetate-ethylene latex powder and the aminosilane.
