The present invention discloses a C60 micro-expansive and self-compacted concrete, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The C60 micro-expansive and self-compacted concrete comprises, by mass, 15.9-16.5% of cement, 34.8-37.0% of crushed stone, 32.3-34.2% of mixed sand, 6.4-6.6% of drinking water, 6.6-6.8% of an admixture and 1.0-1.1% of an additive, wherein the admixture is fly ash, ore powder and silicon powder, the additive is a contraction compensating micro-expansive agent and a pumping agent, the mixed sand comprises medium sand and machine-made sand, and the crushed stone comprises small particle size crushed stone and large particle size crushed stone. According to the present invention, the concrete preparation process is simple, the concrete has characteristics of stable quality and less defect, the cement consumption is reduced, the fly ash, the ore powder and the silicon powder in the used components are the industrial waste, and the reference significance is provided for preparation of the high strength concrete having other grades.
