A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a wearing-resistant ceramic tube which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of ferric oxide, 4-8 parts of anorthite, 3.2-9 parts of barium sulfate, 4.5-6 parts of kaolin, 3.5-8 parts of methyl hydrogen dichlorosilane, 6-11 parts of tetrahydrofuran, 2-4 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-5.5 parts of FeSO4, 0.5-3 parts of SnO2, 3-9 parts of gel, 4.5-12 parts of n-butyl acetate, 6-9 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 1-4 parts of mactra veneriformis shell powder, 4-9 parts of fumed silica, 2-7 parts of a defoaming agent and 4-10 parts of prepared ceramic sand. The wearing-resistant ceramic tube has the beneficial effects of good wearing resistance and mechanical impact property and wide application range, and can be applied to multiple severe environments.
