The application discloses a manufacturing method of a quartz ceramic crucible. The quartz ceramic crucible is manufactured by taking recycling materials of fused quartz block materials and fused quartz ceramic blanks as raw materials to prepare slurry and by processes of pouring, drying, and sintering. Then, by carrying out thermal treatment of the inner surface of the crucible via a plasma generator, a layer of quartz glass can be formed on the inner surface of fused quartz ceramic to allow the inner surface to be smooth. Therefore, waste products generated in the manufacturing process of the quartz ceramic crucible are reused as raw materials; the cost is saved; and resource reuse is achieved.
