The present invention discloses a high frequency fine grain soft magnetic ferrite magnet material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high frequency fine grain soft magnetic ferrite magnet material is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 50-57 parts of ferric oxide, 0-13 parts of zinc oxide, 30-50 parts of manganese oxide, 2-4 parts of nickelous oxide, 0.2-0.6 part of germanium oxide, 0.2-0.5 part of vanadium boride, 0.3-0.4 part of carbonyl iron powder, 6-10 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 0.4-1 part of carbon powder, 1-2 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 6-9 parts of an organosilicon resin, and a proper amount of deionized water. The preparation method of the present invention has characteristics of simple preparation process, low cost and high performance-price ratio, and provides the new preparation method for domestic large-scale production of the soft magnetic ferrite material.
