The invention relates to an artificial sintering synthesis method for low-heat conduction and high purity hercynite, which comprises the following steps: weighing alumina powder, iron oxide powder, a reducing agent and an accessory according to weight, then performing dry blending on several raw materials, uniformly mixing and adding for moisture mixing, then using a press for extrusion moulding, then drying for 3-5 hours, after drying is complete, and using natural gas or liquefied gas or an electrothermal process for sintering to 1320 DEG to obtain the low-heat conduction and high purity hercynite. The hercynite comprises the following chemical components of 48-55% of AL2O3, 39-45% of FeO3, less than 1.5% of SiO2, and less than 0.3% of CaO.
