Low-loss temperature-stability low-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic SrLiSm3W5O21
The invention discloses low-loss temperature-stability low-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic SrLiSm3W5O21 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring and mixing SrCO3, Li2CO3, Sm2O3 and WO3 initial powders having the purities of more than or equal to 99.9% (weight percent) according to the constitution of SrLiSm3W5O21; (2) carrying out wet ball milling and mixing on raw materials in step (1) for 12 hours to obtain a mixture I, wherein a ball milling medium is distilled water, drying the mixture I, and pre-burning the mixture I for 6 hours in a 750 DEG C atmosphere; (3) adding adhesive into the powder prepared in the step (2) to obtain a mixture II, granulating the mixture II, pressing and molding, and finally burning for 4 hours in the atmosphere at temperature of 800 to 850 DEG C; the adhesive adopts a 5% (by mass) polyvinyl alcohol solution, and the addition amount of polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3 percent of the total mass of the powder. The prepared ceramic is well sintered at the temperature less than or equal to 850DEG C, the dielectric constant reaches 24.2 to 25.1, a quality factor Qf value reaches up to 93000 to 133000 GHz, the resonant frequency temperature coefficient is small, and the application value in industry is high.
