The invention relates to a lasting and easy cleaning surface glaze formula, which comprises: 60.0%-70.0% of SiO2, 6.0%-10.0% of Al2O3, 7.0%-11.0% of CaO, 1.0%-2.0% of MgO, 2.0%-4.0% of K2O, 1.0%-2.0% of Na2O, 3.0%-5.0% of ZnO, 0.5%-1.5% of BaO, 2.0%-4.0% of B2O3, 2.5%-6.4% of ZrO2, 0.5%-2.0% of Ag2O, and the balance impurities. When the formula is used for preparation of sanitary ware, the priming glaze and the surface glaze with a particle size of less than 10micrometers respectively account for 68.0%-72.0% and 74.0%-78.0%. The thickness of the priming glaze and the surface glaze sprayed to the surface of a green body is 0.4mm-0.6mm. The sanitary ware prepared by the formula can reach the purposes of more convenient cleaning and more lasting sterilization.
