The invention relates to a prestressed tendon tensioning device, which comprises assemblies A and at least four pairs of assemblies B, wherein the assemblies A are table type force bearing mechanisms which are fixedly arranged at the two end sides of a main beam and are used for bearing the tension of prestressed tendons; each assembly B is a lock buckle which covers the corresponding prestressed tendon and can slide and move relative to the longitudinal bridge direction of the corresponding prestressed tendon; the lock buckles cover the at least two prestressed tendons in a 2*2 matrix mode; and each of the two lock buckles in the transverse bridge direction realizes the approaching movement in the transverse bridge direction relative to the middle lines of the two prestressed tendons through a tensioning mechanism. The prestressed tendon tensioning device does not need the help of a complicated prestress tensioning machine, can be widely applicable to the field of bridge building, and comprises a newly built deck continuous simply supported girder bridge and the continuously transformed existing simply supported girder bridge deck.
