The invention discloses an assembled inclination-angle-adjustable self-frame-falling pier-side bracket and a construction method of the pier-side bracket. The pier-side bracket comprises two groups of triangular frames, wherein the lower end of each group of triangular frames is supported on embedded elements arranged at the two sides of a pier in the direction along a bridge; the two groups of triangular frames are connected through a horizontal connecting rod; each group of triangular frame comprises a plurality of triangular frames arranged in the transverse bridge direction; the adjacent triangular frames are connected through being tied by connecting knots; each triangular frame comprises a chord rod and an inclined rod which are mutually connected; the two ends of each chord rod and the two ends of each inclined rod are provided with vertical rods; the vertical rods arranged at the two ends are connected through vertical rod connecting channel steel or vertical rod connecting steel belts; a plurality of connecting points are arranged in the vertical direction between each vertical rod and the corresponding vertical rod connecting channel steel or the corresponding vertical rod connecting steel belt; and the inclination angle of each chord rod changes in a range being 0 degrees to 45 degrees. The pier-side bracket is in an assembled mode, can be repeatedly used and has the adjustable inclination angle so as to adapt to the beam bottom inclination angle change, and the self frame falling can be realized.
