The invention discloses a novel flexible buffering anti-collision road fence. The novel flexible buffering anti-collision road fence comprises a rubber sleeve in the shape in consistence with that of the fence, wherein a polyethylene rope runs through the rubber sleeve; the rubber sleeve comprises an upper beam rubber sleeve, a lower beam rubber sleeve and a vertical support rubber sleeve; the vertical support rubber sleeve is respectively connected with the upper beam rubber sleeve and the lower beam rubber sleeve; the middle part of the vertical support rubber sleeve is a cylindrical, and the two heads of the vertical support rubber sleeve are cones with gradually reducing diameter; vertical support rubber sleeve is inserted into the concave holes of both the upper beam rubber sleeve and the lower beam rubber sleeve for fixation; the vertical support rubber sleeve can rote between the upper beam rubber sleeve and the lower beam rubber sleeve. According to the novel flexible buffering anti-collision road fence, an energy absorption effect is played through tension of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rope; with the addition of the polyurethane rubber at the outside, the toughness and elasticity are improved greatly. The rotating type vertical support rubber sleeve can disperse the collision force of automobiles efficiently and relieve damage to the fence and the automobiles; in addition, as the spring can bear collision tensile force of common automobiles, the fence is guaranteed to deviate for about 600 mm when being collided.
