The invention relates to a flexible anti-collision fender, comprising a shell and a buffering layer arranged in the shell; the shell is made of a composite material; the buffering layer comprises a plurality of buffering assemblies abutted against one another; each buffering assembly comprises two same buffering plates; the two buffering plates in one same buffering assembly are arranged in a mirror image manner; the section of each buffering plate comprises a plurality of arch supporting parts and linear connection parts; each arch supporting part comprises a linear section and two sections of arc sections connected with two ends of the linear section, and the two arc sections are symmetric about the center line of the linear section; every two adjacent arch supporting parts are connected by the linear connection parts; every two adjacent buffering plates are matched with each other at the linear connection parts. The flexible anti-collision fender adopts the composite material as a stressed carrier, and is internally additionally provided with the buffering layer, so the impact time is prolonged, damage to a pier and a ship body is reduced, anti-corrosion capacity of the fender is improved and the service life is prolonged.
