Drop impact irrigation water volume metering and automatic gate integrated device
The invention discloses a drop impact irrigation water volume metering and automatic gate integrated device which structurally comprises a water passing tank, a water inlet gate, a water outlet pipe, a flow stabilizer, an impact force detection device, an electromagnetic lock and a controller. The water passing tank is mounted in a channel protecting slope, the water inlet gate is mounted on a water inlet side, the 'L'-shaped water outlet pipe is mounted on a water outlet side, and a baffle plate and a steady flow plate are mounted inside the water passing tank. A concave surface shower pan is mounted under a water outlet pipe orifice, a pressure sensor is mounted below the concave surface shower pan and can convert water flow impact force applied to the concave surface shower pan into electric signals inputted to the controller, and the controller can convert the water flow impact force into water passing volume. The electromagnetic lock is mounted above the water passing tank, and the controller can control opening or closing of the electromagnetic lock, so that the water inlet gate is opened or closed. The integrated device has the advantages of simple structure, wide range coverage, metering accuracy, easiness in realizing remote automatic control and the like, and is particularly suitable for accurately metering and controlling field irrigation water volume.
