The invention discloses a solar power cleaning boat for blue-green algae. The solar power cleaning boat comprises a boat body, air cylinders and filter net frameworks. The filter net frameworks are symmetrically hinged to the two sides of the boat body respectively, the filter net frameworks are provided with blue-green algae filter nets, and each blue-green algae filter net comprises a metal net layer, a filter layer and a strengthened layer. The metal net layers, the filter layers and the strengthened layers are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. One end of each air cylinder is hinged to the boat body, and the other end of each air cylinder is hinged to the corresponding filter net framework. The boat body is provided with a solar cell panel and a storage battery set. The storage battery set is connected with a solar controller, the solar controller is connected with a motor, and the motor is connected with a propeller. The filter layers are made of pure polyester or short polypropylene fiber spunlace non-woven fabric, and the strengthened layers are made of industrial yarn interlaced net-shaped woven fabric.
