The invention provides a construction method for water-saturated soft soil foundations. The method comprises the steps of construction preparation, clay heavy curtain pile sealing wall construction, drain board insertion, pipe network laying and equipment installation, film pressing ditch digging, film sealing and pre-pressing. Compared with the conventional soft soil foundation processing methods such as dynamic compaction consolidation and powder-jetted piles, the method has the advantages of low production cost, remarkable consolidation effect, short construction period, energy conservation, environmental protection and low noise.
