Intermittent ventilation vacuum preloading foundation processing method
The invention relates to an intermittent ventilation vacuum preloading foundation processing method. The method comprises: a geotextile cushion layer and a sealing film are arranged on a soft soil surface layer or an ultra-soft soil surface layer in a laying manner; a cover cap (9) is connected to the bottom of a lower drain board; the lower drain board connected to the cover cap (9) is erected; an upper drain board, the lower drain board, a transverse drainage pipeline (1), and each ventilation pipeline (3) are connected in a sealing manner via bowknots; the transverse drainage pipe (1) and each ventilation pipeline (3) are connected in a sealing manner so that a drainage pipeline network and a ventilation pipeline network are converged, and a vent valve (8) for unified vacuum pumping and unified ventilation is installed; sealing films are arranged on surfaces of the drainage pipeline network and the ventilation pipeline network in a laying manner; and the construction of intermittent ventilation vacuum preloading is performed in a circulating manner. According to the method, the stability of the vacuum degree in the drain boards can be guaranteed and rapid and high-efficiency drainage consolidation can be performed without increasing the cost.
