The tension nut sunken type prefabricated pile comprises a pile body, a steel reinforcement cage is disposed in the pile body, the steel reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of longitudinal reinforcements and a spiral reinforcement which is fixedly connected with the longitudinal reinforcements and which is in the spiral shape, two ends of the pile body are respectively fixed with a plurality of one-to-one tension nuts so that two ends of each longitudinal reinforcement respectively tense one tension nut, and the tension nuts are sunken into the pile body so that horn-shaped connecting ports are formed between the ends of the tension nuts and the ends of the pile body. The tension nuts are sunken into the pile body and are unlikely to be damaged, and the success rate of connection is improved.
