Freezing cement mixing pile and construction method thereof
The invention provides a freezing cement mixing pile and a construction method thereof. The freezing cement mixing pile comprises a cement mixing pile body and a freezing pipe disposed in the pile body. The freezing pipe is made of seamless mild steel or plastic and is arranged at the center of the pile body. The freezing pipe is 0.5m-1m shorter than the pile body. In construction, the freezing pipe should be inserted before cement hardening. By implementing the freezing method in the cement mixing pile, the phenomena of frost heaving and thaw collapsing can be effectively restrained; on the basis of guaranteeing the bearing capacity of strata and the waterproof performance, the shear-bearing capacity and the bending resistance of the cement mixing pile can be improved and the usage amount of cement can be reduced so that the cost is reduced. The freezing cement mixing pile can be widely applied to building envelops of foundation pit engineering, soil stabilization of shield entry and tunneling ends and foundation treatment engineering.
