The invention discloses a deep cement mixing pile construction process. The process at least comprises steps of pile testing, sampling and mixing; in the mixing process, the sinking speed of an agitator is 0.38-0.75 m/min; a mortar pump is started in the sinking process for spraying while rotating; and the water flushing is stopped. In the mixing process, the rising speed of the agitator is 0.3-0.5 m/min; and in the rising process, the mortar pump reversely rotates while spraying. The process has such advantages as short construction period, low manufacturing cost and prominent benefit, is wide in application prospect, and is prominent in effect on soft soil.
