The invention discloses an antitheft ground anchor drill for permanently anchoring, comprising a spike (1), a spiral anchor blade (2) and two turning handles (6), wherein sharp protuberances (7) are distributed on the whole circumferential wall of the spike (1) and positioned above the spiral anchor blade (2), and through holes (201) are also fully formed in the spiral anchor blade (2). The antitheft ground anchor drill for permanently anchoring has the advantages that: the sharp protuberances (7) are distributed on the whole spike (1), so that a burglar is difficult to rotate the spike and thereby the device is protected, and when the device is installed, the turning handles are screwed into two threaded holes to rotate the spike, and after the installation is completed, the threaded holes are blocked; the through holes are fully formed in the anchor blade, so that after the anchor blade is screwed into soil, the through holes are full of soil, then when the spike is screwed out, the contact surface of the anchor blade and the soil is very large, and the resistance is increased, furthermore, after rusting, the anchor blade is easy to be connected with the soil into a whole, the anchor blade is more difficult to rotate and so is the spike, and thereby the device is protected.
