The invention provides a precast outer wallboard connecting box and a connecting point. The precast outer wallboard connecting box is an embedded iron box of which the outer side surface is opened; the embedded iron box is embedded into a precast outer wallboard; a limiting block and an outer wallboard adjusting bolt are mounted in the embedded box; a dry hanging supporting part is transversely sleeved with the embedded iron box; the outer wallboard adjusting bolt passes through a bolt hole in the dry hanging supporting part; a sleeve connecting hole is formed in an outer sideboard of the dry hanging supporting part; an embedded sleeve is embedded into a precast overlapping beam; the front end of the embedded sleeve passes through a sleeve connecting hole in the outer sideboard of the dry hanging supporting part; a bolt fastening part is fixedly connected with a threaded hole in the embedded sleeve by pinching. According to the precast outer wallboard connecting box, the precast outer wallboard is flexibly connected with a building body, which is beneficial for earthquake proofing; an outer decorating surface of the precast outer wallboard can be manufactured in advance in a factory; the precast dry hanging outer wallboard and the building body are respectively constructed, so that the safety is ensured, the efficiency is high, the environment is protected, the energy is saved, the precision is high, and the waterproofing performance is good.
