Prestressed arched plate high-altitude casting and translation process
The invention provides a prestressed arched plate high-altitude casting and translation process and solves the problems that the conventional construction process needs ground prefabrication and needs lifting after products are formed. The brand-new construction process saves the building materials required for casting and meets various requirements for machines, tools, manpower and working periods. The potential quality and safety hazards occurring frequently during lifting can be prevented. The process is characterized in that modular overhead prefabrication is adopted based on an original building body, so that the problems of demand of arched plate prefabrication for sites and use of lifting construction machines and tools are solved and lower steel tube support construction for arched plate prefabrication is reduced. A construction-in-process body can serve as a track for high-altitude translation, so that formed arched plates can be moved to design positions. The phenomena of plate surface crack and overhead plate breakage caused by non-uniform stress of the arched plates in the lifting process are prevented; the quality and safety accidents are reduced.
