The invention provides an interrupted slurry spraying and coating brushing device and method which are designed for building decoration project coating application and belongs to the field of building decoration. The interrupted slurry spraying and coating brushing device consists of a coating brush, a spraying box, a spraying nozzle, a slurry spraying tube, a slurry collecting box, an interrupted slurry spraying controller, a coating brush operating rod and a backflow tube. The coating brush is located at the front ends of the spraying box and the spraying nozzle. The spraying nozzle is connected with the slurry spraying tube. The slurry collecting box is located under the spraying box and is fixedly connected with the spraying box in a sealed mode. The interrupted slurry spraying controller is located in the middle of the slurry spraying tube and is connected in sealed mode. The coating brush operating rod is located under the slurry collecting box and outside the slurry spraying tube and the backflow tube, and the top of the backflow tube is located at the bottom of the slurry collecting box and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the slurry collecting box in a sealed mode. The interrupted slurry spraying method comprises the steps of interruptedly spraying slurry towards the coating brush, instantly enabling the coating brush to evenly roll on a sprayed wall face till a coating is evenly sprayed. The interrupted slurry spraying and coating brushing device and method have the advantages that a large amount coating can be saved, and a construction site environment is prevented from being polluted.
