The invention discloses a circling pull wire reciprocating rotation lifting type non-avoidance garage comprising a car supporting tray (1), a supporting frame (2), a front traction mechanism (3), a circling pull wire reciprocating rotation lifting type traction mechanism (4) and a drive device (5); the supporting frame (2) is a vertical column square framework; the front traction mechanism (3) is acted on the front end of the car supporting tray (1); the circling pull wire reciprocating rotation lifting type traction mechanism (4) is acted on a back guiding axle (11) of the car supporting tray (1); the drive device (5) drives the front traction mechanism (3) and the circling pull wire reciprocating rotation lifting type traction mechanism (4) to lift up the car supporting tray (1) to a top beam of the supporting frame (2), and accordingly the car supporting tray (1) is lowered down to the ground from the top beam of the supporting frame (2). Comparing with the prior art, the circling pull wire reciprocating rotation lifting type non-avoidance garage has the advantages that the car parked on the car supporting tray is reliably secured, and the car can be conveniently parked.
