Anti-chain falling chain support device
The invention discloses an anti-chain falling chain support device. The anti-chain falling chain support device comprises a bottom plate arranged on a fixed beam, the bottom plate is provided with a lower nylon guide strip, a shield covers the bottom plate, the shield covers the top and two lateral surfaces of the bottom plate, openings through which a chain passes are formed in the front and rear ends of the shield, the top of the shield is downward connected with an upper nylon guide strip, the upper nylon guide strip and the lower nylon guide strip are corresponding in the vertical direction, a hollow slot for transmitting the chain remains between the upper nylon guide strip and the lower nylon guide strip, the lateral surfaces of the shield extend horizontally to form fixed lateral plates, and the fixed lateral plates are connected with the bottom plate. The anti-chain falling chain support device can prevent the vertical jump of the chain in the transmission process, the chain would not fall off from the side, the noise and abrasion are less in the chain transmission process, and the equipment running is safer and more stable.
