Top plate type returning clutch assembly
The invention provides a top plate type returning clutch assembly. A curved surface structure with a recess is arranged on the outer side face of a square steel sleeve. A vertical step is formed between the terminal of the curved surface structure and the external peripheral surface of the square steel sleeve. The start point smoothly transits to the external peripheral surface of the square steel sleeve. When a front plate is damaged, an external handle rotates clockwise, a top plate begins to gradually stretch towards the terminal from the start point of the curved surface structure until a spring is completely popped out, an internal handle rotating member transmits torque to the square steel sleeve via the top plate, and the square steel sleeve drives the internal handle rotating member so as to achieve locking motion; and if the external handle rotates anticlockwise, the top plate is imposed with pushing force along with the rotation of an arc surface and then is pushed into the internal handle rotating member by overcoming the spring force of the spring, and at this moment, because the top pin and the top plate fail to transmit torque, the external handle drives the square steel sleeve to rotate idly. In this way, the safety is higher, and quick locking can be achieved indoors and outdoors.
