The invention provides an anti-internal leakage aluminum alloy door and wind section bar. The section bar comprises a body which is provided with a firs stair, a second stair higher than the first stair and a third stair higher than the second stair. A first guide rail is arranged on the first stair. The top of the first stair is of an arc-shaped structure. Hook parts are arranged on two sides of the top of the first guide rail. A gap between each of the hook parts and the body of the first guide rail forms a waterproof ditch. A second guide rail is arranged on the second stair. The second guide rail is the same as the first guide rail in structure and shape. A third guide rail is arranged on the third stair. The side wall at the joint of the second guide rail and the third guide rail forms a water blocking wall which is 28-34mm in height. According to the invention, the section bar is a three-stair shaped structure, so rain can be prevented from leaking inwards and the section bar is high in water tightness; the waterproof ditches in the first guide rail and in the second guide rail can stopping the rain from surging upwards; and via the hook parts on the first guide rail and on the second guide rail, contact area of between first guide rail and the second guide rail, and wheels of a door or a window is increased, gaps are reduced and airtightness is improved.
