The invention relates to an outward-opening top-hanging device for a door window. An upper connecting piece serves as a bearing fulcrum and a rotating fulcrum; a top-hanging mounting seat is fixedly connected with a door sash, so that the door sash can be rotationally opened in a limiting top-hanging manner relative to the upper connecting piece; the upper connecting piece is fixedly connected with a movable hinge, so that the upper connecting piece can rotate along with a movable hinge sheet of the hinge; the upper connecting piece is connected with the door sash through the top-hanging mounting seat, so that the door sash is outwardly opened and closed; by virtue of an outward-opening top-hanging positioning mechanism at the lower end of the door sash, the door sash is subjected to more stable outward opening and top hanging; the outward-opening top-hanging device for the door window is reasonable and ingenious in structural design; due to the simple structure, mounting and maintenance are greatly facilitated.
