The invention discloses intelligent hollow vanadium dioxide sunshade glass which comprises at least two glass bodies. A closed hollow cavity is formed between the two glass bodies through hollow glass adhesive tapes or aluminum spacers filled with molecular sieves, and a vanadium dioxide layer is arranged on one surface of one glass body facing the hollow cavity. The glass is characterized in that a closed hollow cavity is formed between the other surface of the glass body with the vanadium dioxide layer and the other glass body through the hollow glass adhesive tapes or aluminum spacers filled with molecular sieves or a low-radiation film is arranged on the vanadium dioxide layer. The glass can make full use of characteristics of the vanadium dioxide. Only in summer, the glass can function in shading and is transparent and fine in sunshade effect when sun shines, and the glass keeps transparent without sun shining. Only in winter, no matter whether sun shines or not, the glass keeps transparent, and a heat transfer coefficient of the glass is lower than 2.4W/KM2. The glass has advantages of high transparency and low haze whether the sun is shaded or not, and the glass is fine in sunshade effect and heat insulation performance.
