The invention relates to a composite cement grinding aid, which is characterized by being composed of the following components by weight part: 10-15 of triethanolamine, 1-4 of sodium formate, 1-4 of sodium acetate, 6-10 of sodium chloride, 5-8 of urea, 10-15 of a composite alcohol mother liquor, 1-2 of ammonium sulfate, 5-10 of sodium thiosulfate, 1-2 of calcium lignosulfonate, 1-4 of diethylene glycol, 1-3 of sodium lignin sulfonate, 6-10 of molasses, and 6-10 of fly ash. The composite cement grinding aid provided by the invention can significantly improve the powder grinding efficiency of cement mill by 8%-15%, appropriately increases the cement early strength by 2-3MPa and increase the cement later strength by 2-4MPa. All the components cooperate with each other to improve the adaptability of the grinding aid so as to be applicable to different grades of cement, the use range is enlarged, the grinding aid effect is improved substantially, also the machine-hour output is enhanced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the dosage is low, i.e. 0.01-0.06%/ton cement.
