Disassembly-free portland cement thermal insulation nanometer template
The invention discloses a disassembly-free portland cement thermal insulation nanometer template. The disassembly-free portland cement thermal insulation nanometer template comprises components A, B, C, D, E and F. The component A is a super nanometer rubber powder mixture and comprises 50-70 parts of starch, 6-10 parts of HPMC, 20-50 parts of PVA, 2-5 parts of PAM, 0.2-0.5 parts of borax, 0.2-0.5 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 5-15 parts of hydroxypropyl urea, 0.5-2 parts of a nanometer super early strength accelerator and 0.05-0.1 parts of ammonium persulfate. The raw materials of the component A are mixed by a high speed mixer. The component B is a cement template main material and comprises 30-55 parts of portland cement, 5-10 parts of quartz sand, 35-45 parts of fly ash, 1-3 parts of wood fibers and 5-8 parts of glass beads. The raw materials of the component B are mixed for next use. The component C is calcium formate and the weight of the component C is 0.0005-0.001% that of the raw materials of the component B. The component D is a special-purpose cement foaming agent and each cubic meter of the slurry contains 0.5-1kg of the component D. The component E is an alkali resistant glass fiber gridding cloth. The component F is a special-purpose thermal insulation material.
