The invention discloses an economical thermal-insulation flame-retardant thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar. The surface of a glazed hollow bead is coated with a molten dammar resin layer, and a macromolecular resin layer with enhancement and hydrophobic characteristics is formed, so that surface defects, which are generated by various reasons, of the glazed hollow bead are sealed, the glazed hollow bead is prevented from adsorbing and absorbing water, and thus the water absorption rate is reduced. Furthermore, a modified polypropylene fiber powder layer covers the glazed hollow bead, and then is covered with other effective accessory ingredients, so that the percentage of damage, which is caused by compression and collision during doping, of the glazed hollow bead is obviously reduced, the excellent performances of the glazed hollow bead are improved, the prepared thermal mortar is economical and environmentally friendly, and has a favorable thermal-insulation flame-retardant effect; and after the thermal mortar is used for plastering, phenomena such as hollowing, cracking, checking and falling are avoided.
