Straw concrete insulation block and production process thereof
The invention relates to a straw concrete insulation block for rural house construction and a production process of the straw concrete insulation block. The block is prepared from straw fragments as main aggregates, the mixed slurry of magnesium chloride, magnesium oxide and water as a cementing material and a certain amount of mineral filler and additives doped selectively by virtue of cementing; the block is divided into two types, namely a bearing block and an insulating block. As the thermal insulation property of the straw resources and the characteristics of excellent cementing property and light weight of the cementing material are thoroughly utilized, the produced bearing block is excellent in thermal insulation property and low in price, and the non-bearing block is light in weight and better in thermal insulation effect. The straw concrete insulation block is capable of powerfully promoting the application of the rural straw resources in the rural construction material aspect.
