Preparation method for synthesizing T1-2212 superconducting thin film through fluorine-free sol-gel method
The invention relates to a preparation method for synthesizing a T1-2212 superconducting thin film through a fluorine-free sol-gel method. According to the preparation method, thallium acetate, barium acetate, calcium acetate and copper acetate are adopted as starting raw materials according to a molar ratio of 2.8-3.5:2:1:2.5-2.8 and are respectively added with a complexing agent and a solvent to prepare solutions A, B, C and D, the solutions are mixed, the obtained solution is added with formamide having the amount 20-45 times the molar amount of the barium acetate to prepare a TBCCO sol, the TBCCO sol is prepared into a gel film, the gel film is subjected to a thermal decomposition treatment to prepare a pioneer film, and the pioneer film and an accompany burning target containing a thallium source are subjected to high temperature sintering to obtain the T1-2212 superconducting thin film, wherein during the preparation processes of the solutions A, B, C and D, propionic acid is respectively added. According to the present invention, the sol components are uniformly mixed, the chemical stability is good, and the superconducting thin film prepared by using the sol has characteristics of smooth surface and good superconductivity.
