The invention discloses a freeze-thawing resistant ceramic brick and a preparation method thereof; the freezing-thawing resistant ceramic brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 34-48 parts of sea sand, 23-35 parts of calcium feldspar, 18-26 parts of water pumice, 15-25 parts of lime, 22-34 parts of a boiler slag, 5-8 parts of waste syrup, 4-6 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3-5 parts of cobalt aluminate, 14-18 parts of compound clay, 1-2 parts of lauryldimethylamine oxide, 2-3 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt, 1-2 parts of cetearyl glucoside, and 3-4 parts of sodium lignosulphonate. The prepared ceramic brick not only has excellent freeze-thawing resistance, cracking resistance and durability, but also has good physical and mechanical properties, water resistance, erosion resistance and abrasion resistance, can completely satisfy the use requirement under winter chilly conditions, and is long in service life and wide in application prospect.
