High temperature resistant corrosion-resistant ceramic material and preparation method thereof
A high temperature resistant corrosion-resistant ceramic material comprises the following ingredients, by weight, 70-100 parts of spinel-type oxide NiFe2O4, 0-30 parts of an oxide NiO and 2-8 parts of an oxide CuO. A preparation method of the above high temperature resistant corrosion-resistant ceramic material comprises the following steps: 1) synthesizing a ceramic phase of the oxide NiO and the NiFe2O4 spinel-type oxide mixture; 2) mixing; 3) drying; 4) molding; and 5) degreasing and sintering to prepare the high temperature resistant corrosion-resistant ceramic material. The high temperature resistant corrosion-resistant ceramic material provided by the invention has excellent physical properties and corrosion resistance at high temperature. By adjusting composition and technology and optimizing sintering process, the product is more compact after sintered, a reaction between the product and environmental components is prevented, and mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance of the product are enhanced. Therefore, life of the material provided by the invention is prolonged in the high-temperature high-corrosion environment.
