Method for preparing water-permeable floor tiles
The invention discloses a method for preparing water-permeable floor tiles and relates to the technical field of building materials. According to the method, the water-permeable floor tiles are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of coal cinder, 25-35 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of montmorillonite clay, 5-10 parts of diatomite and 1-2 parts of metal fiber. The method comprises the steps: (A) grinding the coal cinder, and filtering the ground coal cinder so as to obtain coal cinder granules; (B) grinding the diatomite, and filtering the ground diatomite so as to obtain diatomite granules; (C) stirring the coal cinder granules and the diatomite granules with calcium carbonate, the montmorillonite clay and the metal fiber for 2 minutes at the speed of 4,800 revolutions per minute so as to obtain a mixture; (D) adding water in the mixture prepared in the step (C), uniformly stirring, and aging for later use; (E) putting the mixture into molds, and pressing to form unburned tiles; (F) burning the unburned tiles in a tile burning machine, thereby obtaining the water-permeable floor tiles. The method can be used for solving the problem of the existing floor tiles that the water permeability is poor.
